It Isn't, It Wasn't, It Ain't Never Gonna Be

Aretha Franklin and Whitney Houston's underrated foot-tapping duet

"It Isn't, It Wasn't, It Ain't Never Gonna Be" is a duet recorded by Aretha Franklin and Whitney Houston, for the album "Through the storm", in the year 1989, which is the 32nd studio album of American singer Aretha Franklin.

This song was released as the second single of this album.

Other songs of this album are "Through the storm", the title track, a duet with Elton John.

"Gimme your love", a duet with James Brown.

And "If ever a love there was".

This album was not recieved well in that time and it remains one of the MOST UNDERRATED albums of Aretha Franklin.

And one of the most criticized singles in the careers of Aretha and Whitney.

There is a remixed version of this song was produced by Tedd Riley. This remix reached No.41 on the Billboard hot 100 in the United States.

Needless to say, this song would have done much better at the different time. You can hear this song on Youtube and appreciate this late 80s Pop music piece.
